What should my application include?

Your application should include at least the following documents (as pdf.):

  • Meaningful cover letter
  • Resume
  • Final school report, or if not yet available, your last two school reports

You are also welcome to add a photo and other certificates or testimonials from internships. This allows us to get a comprehensive picture of you.

How can I apply?

You can find our advertised positions under the Career section > open positions. Select the job title that interests you and click the Online Application button. You will then be guided through our application process.

What is the application process at Ludo Fact?

The application process is divided into four steps.

  1. First, the application is sent to us via the online application portal. The application should include a cover letter as well as your complete CV with relevant diplomas/work references.
  2. After submitting the documents, you will receive a confirmation of receipt from us. We will then review the application and forward it to the respective departments, which may take some time.
  3. If your application is evaluated positively, we will invite you to an interview where we would like to get to know you better.
  4. In the further course of the application process, potential production employees are invited for a trial work as well as those of the administration for a further interview.
  5. If the interests of both sides coincide successfully, the last step is the employment contract between you and Ludo Fact GmbH.

What development opportunities do I have at Ludo Fact?
Internal and external training courses and systematic development of junior staff and managers strengthen the skills of our employees individually and in line with their needs. The personnel development offerings range from specialist training to management development modules.
Does Ludo Fact offer flexible working models?
We offer the flexitime model in the administrative area and the annual working time model for the production area.

Furthermore, it is possible to work part-time with us, as far as the operational processes allow.

Education/Dual studies

In which professions does Ludo Fact train and when does training start?
Ludo Fact trains industrial clerks, machine and plant operators and IT specialists. Furthermore, we offer the possibility of a dual study program. The start of training is always September 1.
What opportunities do I have with a Qualifying Secondary School Certificate, Mittlere Reife, Fachhochschulreife and General Higher Education Entrance Qualification?

Machine and plant operator: A qualifying secondary school leaving certificate is required for this apprenticeship. The associated instruction takes place at the state vocational school in Lindau in block instruction. Accommodation is provided in the student dormitory in Lindau, with the accommodation costs being covered by the company.

Industrial clerk: For this training program, the intermediate secondary school leaving certificate and the entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences or general university entrance qualification are required. Vocational school classes are held in blocks at the state vocational school center in Günzburg.

IT specialist: A good secondary school leaving certificate or higher is required for this training. Vocational school classes are held in blocks at the state vocational school in Lauingen.

Dual studies: The entrance qualification for studies at universities of applied sciences (Fachhochschulreife), the entrance qualification for studies at universities of applied sciences (Fachgebundene Hochschulreife) and the entrance qualification for studies at universities of applied sciences (Allgemeine Hochschulreife) are required.

How far in advance should I apply for an apprenticeship or dual study program?

Since the review of your application as well as the selection process may take some time, you should always apply as early as possible, at least 8 months in advance.

Who will look after me during the training?
In addition to the trainers, a training officer is responsible for our trainees in each department.

What dual study opportunities does Ludo Fact offer?
Currently Ludo Fact offers a dual study program in business administration. The lectures take place at the University of Applied Management in Ismaning. If you find other colleges with similar frameworks where you are in the company Monday – Thursday, we are open to suggestions.
Does Ludo Fact cover the semester fee or tuition?
Tuition and semester fees are covered by Ludo Fact after consultation.

Ludo Fact attaches great importance to the health of its employees, because they represent the decisive factor of a successful company. Most of the day, our employees spend in their offices or production halls, which have been ergonomically designed. In addition, there is equipment that is used for back prevention and can be used freely by every employee, as well as regular health promotion courses.
