Structured personnel development process
Employing the right employee, with the right qualifications, in the right job at the right time is profitable both for the employee and for us as a company. To ensure this, we attach great importance to structured personnel development. Some cornerstones from this are:
Onboarding process
We take a lot of time for your training. This includes, in addition to the insight into your own department, an assignment in upstream and downstream departments. As well as introductory events to get to know the entire group of companies.
Employee reviews
Twice a year, the trusting exchange between employee and manager takes place. The employee’s individual qualification needs are also discussed at this time.
Talent Management Process
Once a year, we hold development conferences with managers to discuss talent in the individual departments and define personnel development plans.
Support program
For our high-potential employees, we offer an internal development program on specialist, management and project management careers. Our participants receive very close support from the management and are given the opportunity to develop professionally and personally. A stay abroad at one of our subsidiaries is also planned.
Support for external training
We have established guidelines to support advanced training such as technician, master craftsman, specialist, etc. In it, we regulate the requirements and the characteristics of the possible financial and/or time support.
