What is the minimum order quantity?
For games and puzzles, the minimum order quantity for Ludo Fact productions is 1000 pieces, for playing cards 1500 pieces. We are happy to produce smaller order quantities of playing cards, puzzles and pure card games for you in our digital printing plant Friedmann Print Data Solutions
How long does it take to receive a quote?
It depends on the components you want. Depending on whether we can manufacture and price all components internally or we have to request prices individually from our suppliers for purchased parts. We will do our best to send you an offer within 2 weeks.
How and where can I send my files?
With the order you will receive a login for our server to upload your data. Based on your data and the order number, we will perform a data check and send you an approval e-mail.
What card sizes can you produce?
"We can produce almost any format of card. Our standard formats and therefore the most favorable variants are the following: 56 x 87 mm bridge playing card format and frequent playing card format for card games.
63.5 x 88.9 mm poker card game
59 x 91 mm quartet card game
43.5 x 67.5 mm mini bridge playing card format
80 x 120 mm playing cards with a lot of text or with large pictures "
Can you make 3-D figures?
We ourselves cannot produce 3-D figures made of wood or plastic at our location. We work together with long-standing suppliers for this purpose.
What is the payment method?
When you place an order, you usually make an advance payment of 50% of the purchase price. This allows us to order all the necessary components. Before delivery of your games you make the other 50% of the payment. If we can arrange credit insurance for you, no prepayment is necessary. Then a payment period of 30 days net after delivery applies. Payment by credit card or Paypal is not possible. We will be happy to advise you personally on the method of payment.
When and how will I receive my ordered goods?
This depends primarily on the components in your game. Upon order completion, you will receive a preliminary delivery date from us. Provided all components are available promptly, the delivery time is approximately 6-8 weeks after print approval.
