Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
For games and puzzles, the minimum order quantity for production at Ludo Fact is 1000 pieces, for playing cards 1500 pieces. We are happy to produce smaller order quantities of playing cards, puzzles and pure card games for you in our digital print store Friedmann Print Data Solutions.
How long does it take to receive a quote?
This depends on the desired components. Depending on whether we can manufacture and price all components internally or we have to request prices individually from our suppliers for purchased parts. We will do our best to send you an offer within 2 weeks.
How and where can I send my files?
With the order you will receive a login for our server to upload your data. Based on your data and the order number, we perform a data check and send you an approval e-mail.
What card sizes can you produce?
“We can produce almost any format of cards. Our standard formats and thus the most favorable variants are as follows: 56 x 87 mm bridge playing card format and frequent playing card format for card games
63,5 x 88,9 mm poker playing card format

Can you make 3-D figures?
We are not able to produce 3-D figures made of wood or plastic ourselves. For this purpose, we work together with long-standing suppliers.
What is the payment method?
When you place an order, you usually make an advance payment of 50% of the purchase price. This allows us to order all necessary components. Before the delivery of your games you make the other 50% of the payment. If we can arrange credit insurance for you, no advance payment is necessary. In that case a payment term of 30 days net after delivery applies. Payment by credit card or Paypal is not possible. We will be happy to advise you personally on the method of payment.
When and how will I receive my ordered goods?
This depends primarily on the components in your game. Upon order completion, you will receive a preliminary delivery date from us. If all components are available in time, the delivery time is about 6-8 weeks after print approval.
