Our vacancies in our job channel are updated regularly and are all vacant.

Your application should include at least the following documents (as pdf.):

  • School-leaving certificate, or if you do not yet have one, your last two school reports.

You are also welcome to add a photo and other certificates or references from internships. This way we can get a comprehensive picture of you.

You can find our advertised positions under the heading Career > Vacancies. Select the job title that interests you and click on the online application button. You will then be guided through our application process.

The application process is divided into four steps.

  1. First of all, the application is sent to us via the online application portal. The application should include a cover letter and your complete curriculum vitae with the relevant diplomas/work references.
  2. After submitting the documents, you will receive a confirmation of receipt from us. We will then review the application and forward it to the respective departments, which may take some time.
  3. In the event of a positive evaluation of your application we will invite you to an interview where we would like to get to know you better.
  4. In the further course of the application process potential employees from production are invited for a trial period and those from administration for a further interview.
  5. If the interests of both sides are successfully aligned the last step is the employment contract between you and Ludo Fact GmbH.

Internal and external training courses and systematic development of junior staff and managers strengthen the skills of our employees individually and in line with their needs. The personnel development offerings range from specialist training to management development modules.

We offer the flexitime model in the administrative area and the annual working time model for the production area.

Furthermore, it is possible to work part-time with us, as far as the operational processes allow.

GENERAL FAQS

Ludo Fact trains industrial clerks, machine and plant operators and IT specialists. Furthermore, we offer the possibility of a dual study programme. The training always starts on 1 September.

Machine and plant operator: A qualifying secondary school leaving certificate is required for this apprenticeship. The associated lessons take place at the state vocational school in Lindau in block teaching. Accommodation is provided in the student dormitory in Lindau, with the accommodation costs being covered by the company.

Industrial clerk: This apprenticeship requires the intermediate secondary school leaving certificate as well as the entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences or general university entrance qualification. The vocational school lessons take place in block instruction at the state vocational school centre in Günzburg.

IT specialist: A good secondary school leaving certificate or higher is required for this training. Vocational school classes are held in blocks at the state vocational school in Lauingen.

Dual study program: The entrance qualification for studies at universities of applied sciences (Fachhochschulreife), the entrance qualification for studies at universities of applied sciences (Fachgebundene Hochschulreife) and the entrance qualification for studies at universities of applied sciences (Allgemeine Hochschulreife) are required.

As the review of your application as well as the selection process may take some time, you should always apply as early as possible, but at least 8 months in advance.

In addition to the trainers, a training officer is responsible for our trainees in each department.

Ludo Fact currently offers a dual study programme in business administration. The lectures take place at the University of Applied Management in Ismaning. If you find other universities with similar frameworks where you are in the company from Monday – Thursday, we are open to suggestions.

Tuition fees and semester contributions are covered by Ludo Fact after consultation.

DIRECT ENTRY

This is reflected, among other things, in our high integration rate after parental leave, which is almost 100 %. Furthermore, we also offer parental leave for fathers, so that they also have the opportunity to spend time with their child.
In general, it is important to us that your family knows the employer and knows who we are and what we do, so we always offer a family summer party as well. In addition, we offer the possibility of working part-time, if this is permitted by operational procedures. In this way, we enable our employees to reconcile work and family life in the event of family matters, such as a nursing case in the family.

Ludo Fact attaches great importance to the health of its employees, because they represent the decisive factor of a successful company. Our employees spend most of the day in their offices or production halls, which have been ergonomically designed. In addition, there is equipment for back prevention that can be freely used by every employee, as well as regular health promotion courses.
